E-Learning Gazelles

Research by NESTA, the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, has shown that high growth businesses are responsible for the majority of job creation; and that innovation is key to the success of these businesses.

High growth business are defined as companies with ten or more employees, that average over 20% growth in revenue and employees consistently over a three year period. These high growth companies they have named Gazelles.

According to their research only 6% of UK companies consistently average 20% growth, but they contribute more than 50% of new jobs created. Thus NESTA are encouraging Governments to focus attention on growing businesses in order to promote job creation and prosperity.

At Kineo we have been fortunate to have achieved consistent growth on this scale and more, every year since we started. We must be one of the e-learning gazelles.
